A shared dish. A stolen bite. A spilled wine. And the heart already knowing it would get messy. That’s how a salty Algarvian and a fiery Alentejana — he with salt in his blood, she with fire in her words — decided to join hands, pans, and dreams. They cooked through days, dawns, mistakes, and recipes. Argued over sauces. Laughed at too many pots. And made the kitchen the home where everything fits: the shout, the kiss, the longing, and the scent of wood fire.

by OPUS was born from this mixture — from the indecent desire to marry tradition with creation, to serve with soul, to make it beautiful.
